By accessing or using Taladoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on the site, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Taladoo.

You may use Taladoo only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are permitted to use an online marketplace in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Taladoo provides tools for users to create listings, discover offers, save searches, exchange messages, and manage marketplace activity. Taladoo is not the seller, buyer, broker, insurer, or shipper of listed goods unless we explicitly state otherwise.

We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, lawful, safe, or still available. Users are responsible for evaluating listings and deciding whether to proceed with any transaction.

You are responsible for the content you upload or send through Taladoo, including listing descriptions, images, pricing, claims about goods or services, and messages to other users.

By posting content, you grant Taladoo a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content as needed to operate, promote, moderate, and secure the marketplace.

You must not use Taladoo to:

• Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited goods, services, or content.
• Impersonate another person, misuse social sign-in providers, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Send spam, abusive messages, malware, scraping traffic, or any automated activity that harms the marketplace.
• Bypass moderation, interfere with search or ranking systems, or otherwise manipulate platform integrity.

Taladoo may review, remove, refuse, edit, limit, or reclassify content if we believe it violates these terms, presents safety risks, or harms the marketplace experience.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, messaging access, or other features at our discretion when needed to investigate abuse, enforce our rules, or comply with law.

Any transaction formed through Taladoo is between the relevant users unless we expressly state otherwise. You are solely responsible for inspecting goods, verifying identity, arranging delivery, handling payment, and complying with applicable laws.

Taladoo is not responsible for user disputes, failed deliveries, off-platform conduct, chargebacks, or losses caused by relying on listing information or user communications.

Taladoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy unless a warranty is expressly required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taladoo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

We may update Taladoo, change available features, or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

If you continue using Taladoo after updated terms take effect, that continued use means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Taladoo.
